TACTYX was originally founded by Michael Martin and Zack Leffler, whose shared vision laid the foundation for the company’s values and approach.

Lauren leads the creative and strategic direction at TACTYX, shaping brand identity, content, and digital experiences. With a background in marketing, design, and storytelling, she focuses on building cohesive marketing systems that connect creativity with real business goals.
She works closely with clients across strategy, content creation, social media, and website projects—bringing clarity, consistency, and intention to every touchpoint.

Zack Leffler
CO-FOUNDER | LEGACY + VISION
Zack was a co-founder of TACTYX and played a key role in shaping the company’s original vision. His approach to problem-solving, integrity in work, and commitment to building meaningful partnerships continue to influence how TACTYX operates today.
Zack passed away in 2023, though he will always remain an integral part of TACTYX, its foundation, and values. His legacy lives on through the work we do and the way we show up for our clients.
